You’ve screamed, glared or cursed at your computer, haven’t you? All of the above? It’s okay; we won’t judge. We actually understand. Technology can, sometimes, make you go, “UGH!” (and sometimes, #$@&%*!) You wake up one morning and suddenly, there are 300 different emails to respond to, Skype meetings and conferences to attend, articles to read, spreadsheets to update, and you don’t even know where to begin. This is called tech stress, and the good news is that you can avoid it, or at least, decrease your stress levels so you don’t feel the need to pull your hair out all the time.

A good way to relax yourself a little is by taking a step back and having a short break. Walk away from your computer and turn off your phone for a few minutes; get up and stretch; meditate; go make yourself a cup of coffee; take a walk; eat sweets (not too much); take a nap, if you can. When it’s time to get back to work, you’ll find that your mind is more relaxed and you’re able to think clearly again. 

Another important thing to remember is that you don’t have to do everything on your own. Running a business involves several different aspects, such as marketing, finance, human resource, operations, etc. Unless you’re Spongebob Squarepants and you can produce multiple versions of yourself, there’s no shame in using softwares or hiring people that can help you.
